In advance of the conference, on 26 September 2023, the CTCAP will hold its first CTC international moot court. That competition, between students from the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford and to heard before British High Court Justice Antony Zacaroli, addresses a cross-border dispute scenario with insolvency features.
